The PG yoga group meets up twice a week:Â Mondays and Thursdays. We also meet up some Saturdays. Please check the Yoga Agenda for more information.

WHAT IS YOGA?
The word yoga means union. It is a system which facilitates the integration and harmonisation of body, mind and being. Yoga is a self-help tool, making you more flexible in body and mind, more relaxed and better able to monitor your emotions. Hatha, the yoga of postures, aims to make you aware of the energy in your inner body, raising, balancing and harmonising energy levels.
BENEFITS
Through yoga postures (asanas), you will develop strength, flexibility and balance at a physical level in addition to improving awareness and thus your concentration.
LEVELS
Our sessions are open to all levels, from newcomers to advanced. During sessions, different options are offered, depending on level. The yoga we practice is essentially physical.
WHEN?
Mondays from 8 pm to 9.30 pm,
Thursdays from 8 pm to 9.30 pm,

Arriving 10 minutes before the session will help us to start on time.

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothing (possibly shorts), a yoga mat, two blocks and a belt. Decathlon sells Domiyos, a yoga kit that contains the last three items.
